Gmail
1. First, if you find email from me in your Gmail spam folder, select my email and click the âNot Spamâ button
2. Next, open an email that you have received from me
3. Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to âReplyâ:
4. Click âAdd LaVonda McCullough to Contacts listâ
AOL
To add [email protected]Â to your AOL address book:
1. Open an email from me and then click the âThis Is Not Spamâ button
2. Click the Mail menu and select Address Book
3. Wait for the Address Book window to pop up, then click the âAddâ button
4. Wait for the Address Card for New Contact window to load
5. Paste [email protected] into the âOther E-Mailâ field
6. Make the âFromâ address, [email protected], the Primary E-Mail address by checking the appropriate boxÂ
7. Click âSaveâÂ
Yahoo!
To whitelist   [email protected] with Yahoo!, you will need to set up a âfilterâ after first taking the following steps:
1. If you find email from  [email protected] is going to your Yahoo! bulk folder, open it and click âNot SpamâÂ
2. Be sure that the address  [email protected] is not in your âBlocked Addressesâ list. If  [email protected] is on your âBlocked Addressesâ list, select it and click âRemove Blockâ
Now to create the filter:
3. Open your mail and click on âMail Optionsâ in the upper right hand corner
4. Select âFiltersâ (in the bottom left corner)
5. On the Filters page, click âAddâ
6. Select the âFrom header:â rule, and add âcontainsâ and [email protected], which tells the system to put email with [email protected] in your inbox and not the bulk folder.
7. Click the âChoose Folderâ pull down menu and select âInboxâ
8. Pick the Add Filter button
Hotmail
To whitelist my address with Hotmail you will need to add [email protected] to your Hotmail Safe List. Hereâs how:
1. First, if you find email from us in your Hotmail junk folder, open the email and click âNot Junkâ
2. Next, check to see if if the email address  [email protected] is on your Blocked Senders list. If you find  [email protected] on your Hotmail blocked senders list, select it and click on the âRemoveâ button.
3. Next, open your mailbox and click âOptionsâ in the upper right hand corner
4. At the top of the page, click on the âJunk E-mail Protectionâ link
5. Next, click on âSafe Listâ, which is down near the bottomÂ
6. Copy and paste [email protected] where it says âType an address or domainâ
7. Click the âAddâ button

Microsoft Outlook
1. On the Tools menu, click Options
2. On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail
3. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add
4. Add  [email protected] where it says âAdd addressâ
5. Click OK
Thunderbird
To whitelist in Thunderbird, you will need to add  [email protected] to your address book, and then set up your Thunderbird Junk Mail Controls to whitelist your address book.
1. First, if you find email from  [email protected]  in your Junk folder, right-click on our email and choose âMark as Not Junkâ
2. Next, click the Address Book button
3. Highlight the Personal Address Book
4. Click on âNew Cardâ
5. In the âContactâ tab of the new card, copy and paste  [email protected] to the email dialog box
6. Click âOkâ
7. Next, to whitelist your address book, select âTools > Junk Mail Controlsâ from the drop down menu
8. Update the âWhite Listsâ module under the âSettingsâ tab by selecting âPersonal Address Bookâ from the drop down menu, and then check the box next to âDo not mark messages as junk mailâ
9. Click âOkâ
Apple Mail for OS X
1. First, if email from  [email protected] ends up in your junk folder, highlight or open it and click âNot Junkâ at the top of your screen.Â
Then:Â
2. Go to Mail > Preferences from your Mail menuÂ
3. Go to the Rules tabÂ
4. Select Add RuleÂ
5. Give this rule a name such as âLaVonda McCulloughâÂ
6. Create a rule that says âIf any of the following conditions are met: âFromâ âContains'â and then paste in â [email protected]âÂ
7. From the actions, select âMove messageâ to mailbox âInboxâ.Â
8. Click âOKâ
Postini
You do not need to whitelist email from LaVonda McCullough in Postini unless you find it trapped in the âJunkâ area by Postini.
1. Log into your Postini accountÂ
2. Look to see if any email from  [email protected] is listed in your Junk areaÂ
3. If you find email from  [email protected] in the Junk area, check the check box next to the email from  [email protected].
4. Click the âDeliver Selectedâ link at the very top of the Junk screenÂ
5. On the next screen, click the âApprove Senderâ check box next to the email from  [email protected].
6. Click the âApprove Selected Sendersâ button
