I'm a Christian life coach, pastor, prophetic artist, and Bible teacher serving women in the Stuttgart military community and beyond. For more than a decade, I've walked alongside women navigating depression, anxiety, unforgiveness, and the quiet exhaustion of trying to hold it all together.
I've been there myself β years of feeling stuck, medicated, and disconnected from who God made me to be. What changed everything was learning to bring my whole self, including my pain, honestly before God and letting His Word and Spirit do the healing work I couldn't do on my own.
Now I get to walk that same road with you β through honest conversation, Scripture, prayer, and sometimes a paintbrush β as you move toward the freedom and identity God already has for you.
