Authentically You is a three-day retreat designed to create space for that woman to breathe — through Scripture, prayer, prophetic art, worship, honest conversation, and the sacred stillness of the Black Forest.
You'll leave with clarity about your identity in Christ, tools for continuing the healing, and a sisterhood of women who truly see you.

Dr. LaVonda McCullough
LaVonda McCullough is an ordained minister, certified coach, prophetic artist, and Bible teacher serving the military community in Stuttgart, Germany. She has led RefresHER Women's Retreats across the U.S. and Europe, creating spaces where women encounter God, encounter themselves, and walk away transformed.
Her ministry, Prayer, Prose & Paint, is built on one conviction: that beauty, truth, and healing belong together — and that every woman carries a story worth honoring.

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for women who are ready to be honest about where they are and open to where God is leading. You don't need to have it together. You just need to show up.
Do I need to be artistic for the prophetic art session?
Not at all. The prophetic art experience is prayer with a paintbrush — it's about expression, not skill. All materials are provided and LaVonda will guide you through every step.
How do I get to Monbachtal?
Travel details, including the nearest train stations and driving directions, will be sent to registered attendees. The retreat centre is accessible from Stuttgart and surrounding USAG communities.
Is a payment plan available?
Yes. If the full investment creates a barrier, please reach out directly. LaVonda's heart is that no woman misses this because of finances. Let's talk.
Why only 15 women?
Intimacy is the point. When a room is small enough that everyone is known, something different happens. Walls come down. Hearts open. 15 is the number where that becomes possible.
