Mindset Renewal

 

Torrie is a purpose-driven believer in Christ, business owner, life coach, wife, and mother. Through her many personal, spiritual, and professional struggles, she hopes to influence others to fear God above humankind. God drew out the purpose for which He created her (Proverbs 20:5). With that understanding, Torrie focuses on helping others clarify, organize, and prepare with our Lord. She regards intentional focus as the ultimate tool to work within this life. Torrie is a theology student, Media Ministry Consultant, a Certified Master Life Coach, and holds several certifications in the life coaching profession. As a serial learner, Torrie is constantly seeking ways to develop her skills through research and application. Torrie is a happily married wife of twenty-two years to her husband, Broderick. They are the proud parents of two sons who are pursuing their dreams in the technology field. As a businesswoman, Torrie is the founder and owner of Our Given Purpose®. This trademarked company offers Bible studies, devotionals, merchandise, a talk show, and podcasts. Torrie Slaughter, L.L.C. houses the media production aspects of her brand. Through it, she provides photography sessions, group, and individual purpose coaching, consultations for media implementation, guides churches to launch online services and other media presentations. Torrie has collaborated and interviewed several incredible individuals and companies. In addition, she records, edits, and produces content that is visually appealing and contextually sound. She is a patient innovator who cares about individuality. Torrie provides the assistance needed to break past the mundane tasks and seek value in the eternal rewards. Torrie is a producer, editor, graphic design artist, motivational speaker, writer, and media personality who will significantly impact your next digital gathering, in-person event, and life.

In this video, Torrie and LaVonda talk about mindset renewal. Torrie opens up about her journey to true faith in the Lord and how she has been able to achieve mindset renewal through Yoga and reliance on God instead of self-reliance. The purpose of this video is to help women who are struggling with finding the root of their struggles. Torrie helps give practical advice on getting to the root of the things we struggle with so that we can truly renew our mindset and find our sufficiency in the Lord.

Mental Tug of War / Self-Examination Purpose Preparation

 

Kendra Dublin is a Millennial Strategist, Author, Speaker and the owner of God’s Perspective for Me® LLC. She helps Christian Millennials release past wounds so they can turn their testimony into their ministry and answer God’s call through Purposeful Preparation Coaching. Kendra’s story of alcoholism has made her an expert in overcoming difficulties and making lifestyle changes. She wants to give hope where there is fear, and where pain resides is knowledge for achievement. Kendra has written two volumes of “God’s Perspective for Me®,” and is a collaborator of “The Resistance” book with Becky Davis. She’s also a contributor for the online magazine “Beauty & The Gospel” based out of Johannesburg, South Africa. Kendra is the founder of “Millennials on Purpose” and a collaborator of The Well Communicators, environments created to uplift women on their road to ministry. Kendra has spoken at various conferences, symposiums, and summits for women and millennials. Kendra hopes her journey of alcoholism, to trusting God fully, will inspire everyone to do the same. She wishes to lead a legacy of excellence and action in Christ. As He spoke in John 4:34, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent me and to finish His work.

In this video, Kendra and LaVonda discuss strongholds and how to overcome the mental tug-of-war that they bring.  The purpose of this video is to help those battling with strongholds to overcome them through reliance on God. Kendra opens up about her personal struggle with alcohol and about how she came to identify it as a stronghold. Once she was able to identify it, and overcame it through relying on God. Kendra also gives practical advice to help those that are battling strongholds through self-examination.

A Little Goes a Long Way ~ Living a Life of Significance

 

Rachael Adams is a writer, speaker, podcaster, and founder of The Love Offering. Her heart’s desire is to encourage women to realize their God-given purpose and to embolden them to move into the world through compassionate action. Rachael and her husband live in Kentucky with their two children. 

In this video, Rachael and LaVonda talk about living a life of significance and starting that mindset in the little things. Rachael teaches about how a life of significance starts with understanding that He is enough and that we aren't enough in ourselves. The purpose of this video is to help us see how God sees us and see that he is the one that completes us and equips us to live a life of significance.

Renewing Your Mindset & Embracing Your Identity

 

Enid Bozic is founder and president of Imperishable Beauty, a nonprofit that highlights women who are changing communities around the world and equips the everyday woman to live out beauty in her sphere of influence. She’s also an adjunct professor at Vanguard University where she teaches digital advocacy and market research and is on staff as a digital marketer where she oversees Vanguard’s social media channels. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, Master of Arts in Teaching, and will be starting her doctorate program at Pepperdine in September 2021. She has been married to her best friend, Vlad, for nine years and is mom to Max, their 6-year-old, energetic and wildly curious son. In her downtime, you’ll find her with her family at any of the beaches along the Southern California coast.

In this video, Enid and LaVonda talk about discovering our identity in Christ and embracing that identity. Enid explains how the only way that we can truly understand who we are is to understand who Jesus is because our identity is in him. We also need to look in Scripture to see who God says we are. The purpose of this video is to help you truly know who you are in Christ and to give you a starting point to fight to become more like Christ. God has so many beautiful things to say in Scripture about who he says we are and what we can become when we work on our relationship with him.

She is also the host of the Giving Hope podcast where she features women and some men in ministry from all over the world. Her hope is to reach and teach the next generation of women in the fullness of Jesus.
